Requesting Your First Video
How to Submit a Request
Once you have a client and at least one product set up, you are ready to request your first video. Here is how to do it:
Navigate to the product you want to create a video for. You can find it through the Clients section by selecting the client and then the product, or use the Products section in the sidebar to browse all products across your account.
On the product detail page, click the Request Video button.
Select the number of variations you want for this request. Each variation produces a unique video with different talent, delivery style, or creative angle based on the product information and actor direction you provided.
Review the credit cost displayed on the request form. The total cost depends on how many variations you select.
Click Submit Request to finalize. Your request is now in the queue and our team will begin working on it.
You will see a confirmation screen with your request details and a reference number. This number appears in your activity feed and can be used to track the request status.
Choosing Variations
Variations are different versions of a video for the same product. Each variation features a unique presentation while promoting the same product and its key selling points.
Ordering multiple variations is one of the most effective strategies for video advertising. Different audiences respond to different presenters, tones, and styles. By running multiple variations, you can A/B test your ads and identify which creative performs best before scaling your spend.
For your first request, we recommend starting with two or three variations. This gives you enough creative diversity to compare performance without overcommitting your credit budget.
As you learn what works, you can increase the number of variations per request. Many experienced users order four or more variations for each product, especially when launching on new advertising platforms or targeting new audience segments.
There is no maximum number of variations per request, but each variation consumes credits from your balance. Start conservatively and scale up as you gain confidence in what resonates with your audience.
Understanding Credit Costs
Every video request requires credits from your account balance. Each variation you include in a request costs a set number of credits.
Your current credit balance is always visible on your dashboard and in the request form. The form calculates and displays the total credit cost before you submit, so there are no surprises.
If you do not have enough credits to cover a request, the form will notify you and suggest upgrading your plan to receive a larger monthly allocation. You cannot submit a request that exceeds your available balance.
Credits refresh on your billing date each month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle, so plan your requests to make the most of your monthly allocation.

After You Submit
Once you submit your video request, several things happen:
Your request enters processing. Our team reviews the product information, actor direction, and any other details you provided. This review ensures that the brief is clear and complete before production begins.
Talent is selected. Based on your actor direction, our casting team identifies the right presenter for each variation. Every variation may feature a different talent to give you creative diversity.
Production takes place. Our hybrid process combines real human talent with AI technology to produce polished, authentic UGC style video content. Each variation is produced individually.
You receive a notification. When your videos are ready, you will receive an email notification with a direct link to the review page. A delivery update will also appear in your dashboard activity feed.
You do not need to take any action while your request is being processed. The dashboard will update automatically as your request moves through each stage.
The 24 Hour Turnaround
RealityMold delivers video content within 24 hours of your request submission. This turnaround applies to standard requests across all plans.
The 24 hour window starts from the moment you submit your request. Our team works in production cycles to ensure consistent delivery timing regardless of volume.
Why does it take 24 hours? Unlike fully automated video generators, RealityMold uses a human plus AI hybrid approach. Real talent records your content, and our production team handles editing, quality checks, and final delivery. This process produces video that looks and feels authentic because real people are involved at every stage.
Checking your request status. You can monitor the progress of any request from the Video Requests section in the sidebar. Each request displays its current status: submitted, in production, or delivered. The dashboard activity feed also surfaces status updates as they happen.
After delivery. When your videos arrive, you can review each variation, approve the ones you want to use, and download them in the formats you need. If a variation does not meet your expectations, you can provide feedback and request revisions.
Your first video request is a learning experience. Pay attention to which details in your product description and actor direction produced the best results, and refine your approach for future requests.
