Understanding Your Dashboard

Getting Started3 min read

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in to RealityMold. It gives you a quick read on the clients you are working in, the videos that have recently been delivered, and the two most common starting actions.

The page is intentionally short. RealityMold organizes everything around clients, so once you pick a client (or create a new one) you go into that workspace to manage campaigns, creatives, and credits. The dashboard is the jumping off point, not the place where you do day to day work.

Welcome Header

At the top of the dashboard you will see a "Welcome back" greeting with your first name, followed by a single sentence that frames the page: "Here is an overview of your workspaces."

If you have not yet created a client, you will not see the dashboard at all. The app sends you straight to the client creation flow so you can set up your first workspace.

Quick Actions

Below the welcome header are two buttons:

Create New Client. Starts the new client flow. Use this when you want to add another brand or workspace to your account. Every client has its own subscription and its own credit balance.

View Clients. Opens the full list of your clients. Use this when you want to jump into work for a specific brand.

That is it. There is no "Add a product" button on the dashboard and no "Request a video" button. Both of those happen inside a campaign, which lives under a client.

Recent Clients

Underneath Quick Actions you will see a list of the five clients that were most recently updated. Each card shows the client name, the plan that client is on, and the current credit balance for that client.

Click any card to drop into that client's campaigns page. The credit balance shown is the live number for that specific client. Credits do not pool across clients. If you manage three brands on three different plans, you will see three independent credit balances.

Recent Deliveries

Below the client list is a table of the most recent delivered videos across every client you own. Sorted by delivery time, newest first. If more exist than fit in the table, the list lets you know it has been truncated.

Each row links you to the creative it represents so you can review, approve, or download right from the dashboard. This is the most direct way to keep up with what just shipped without having to click into each client one by one.

Navigating the Platform

The left sidebar (or the menu icon on mobile) holds the main navigation. The items are:

Dashboard brings you back to the page described above.

Clients is the full list of your clients. You can search, sort, and create new ones from here.

Messages is your inbox for conversations with your account manager. A small badge on the sidebar item tells you when there are unread messages.

Billing shows your account level billing surface. The plan and credit picture for a specific client lives inside that client's own settings.

Help opens this help center.

If you are an admin, an extra Admin Panel link appears below the regular nav.

Your name and email sit at the bottom of the sidebar inside a user menu. Open that menu to reach your account settings or to sign out.

The sidebar stays in the same place across the whole app, so you can navigate at any time.
