Understanding Your Dashboard

Getting Started3 min read

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in to RealityMold. It provides a snapshot of your account status, recent activity, and quick access to the most common actions you will take on the platform.

The dashboard is designed to surface the information you need without requiring you to navigate through multiple pages. Whether you want to check how many credits you have left, see the status of a recent video request, or jump straight into creating new content, the dashboard puts everything within reach.

Your Credit Balance

Your current credit balance is displayed prominently at the top of the dashboard. This number reflects how many credits are available in your account right now.

Credits are consumed when you submit video requests. The balance updates in real time as requests are submitted and as your monthly allocation refreshes on your billing date.

If your credit balance is running low, you can upgrade your plan at any time from the billing section to receive a larger monthly allocation. For a full explanation of how credits work, see the Credits and Billing section of the help center.

Recent Activity

The activity feed on your dashboard shows a chronological list of recent events across your account. This includes:

Video request updates. When you submit a new video request, it appears in the feed. As the request moves through processing and delivery, status updates are posted here so you always know where things stand.

Video deliveries. When your videos are ready for review, a delivery notification appears in the feed with a direct link to the review page. You can approve, reject, or download your videos from there.

Messages. If your account manager sends you a message or responds to a question, it will surface in the activity feed. You can click through to view the full conversation thread.

The feed shows the most recent events first. Older activity is accessible by scrolling down. This gives you a living record of everything happening in your account without needing to check each section individually.

Quick Actions

Below the credit balance, you will find quick action buttons that let you jump directly into the most common workflows:

Create a Client. Start the client creation process in one click. This is especially useful when onboarding a new brand.

Add a Product. Navigate directly to the product creation form. You will be prompted to select which client the product belongs to.

Request a Video. Go straight to the video request form. Select a product, choose your variations, and submit.

These quick actions save time by removing the need to navigate through menus for routine tasks. They always link to the same workflows available through the main navigation.

Navigating the Platform

The main navigation is accessible from the sidebar on desktop and from the menu icon on mobile. The key sections include:

Dashboard returns you to the main overview screen from anywhere in the platform.

Clients shows all of your clients in one place. From here, you can view client details, manage their products, and create new clients.

Products provides a complete list of products across all clients. You can filter by client, search by name, and access individual product pages.

Video Requests lists every video request you have submitted, organized by status. Filter by pending, in progress, delivered, or completed to find what you need.

Messages takes you to your communication threads with your account manager.

Billing opens your subscription and payment management page where you can view invoices, update your payment method, and change your plan.

Account lets you update your profile information, change your password, and manage account settings.

The navigation stays consistent across the platform, so you always know where to find each section regardless of which page you are currently viewing.

For details on managing your clients, see How to Create and Manage Clients. When you are ready to submit content, see How to Request a Video. If you need to review the plans or your checkout details, see How to Create Your Account and Select a Plan.
