Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next cycle.

When your credits are used up, you can upgrade to a higher tier to continue requesting videos. There is no overage billing or pay-as-you-go option. Your existing videos and account remain fully accessible while you wait for your next billing cycle or choose to upgrade.
