How to Create Your Account and Select a Plan

Signing Up

Getting started with RealityMold takes just a few minutes. Visit realitymold.com and click the Get Started button in the top navigation bar. You can also find a Sign Up button on the homepage.

On the registration page, enter your full name, email address, and a secure password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long. We recommend using a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

After filling in your details, click Create Account. You will receive a verification email at the address you provided. Open the email and click the verification link to confirm your account. Once verified, you can proceed to select your plan.

If you already have an account, click the Log In link on the registration page to sign in with your existing credentials.

Choosing Your Plan

RealityMold offers three subscription plans designed for different business sizes and content needs. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation that you use to request video content.

Starter Plan at $150 per month includes 150 credits. This plan works well for small businesses, solo founders, and anyone testing UGC video ads for the first time. You can create content for multiple products while keeping costs manageable.

Growth Plan at $299 per month includes 325 credits. The Growth plan is built for brands scaling their paid media strategy. With more than double the credits of Starter, you can run multiple campaigns simultaneously and test different creative angles.

Scale Plan at $499 per month includes 575 credits. The Scale plan is for high volume advertisers, agencies, and teams managing multiple brands. You get the best value per credit and can produce content at the pace your advertising demands.

Enterprise is available for organizations with custom requirements. If you need a dedicated account manager, custom onboarding, or volume beyond the Scale plan, reach out to the sales team through the Enterprise option on the pricing page.

All plans are billed monthly by default. You can switch to annual billing to save 10% on your subscription cost. Annual billing is charged as a single payment for the full year.

When comparing plans, consider how many products you want to promote and how frequently you plan to request new videos. For a side-by-side comparison, visit the Pricing page. Starting with the Starter plan and upgrading later is a perfectly valid approach. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings.

Completing Checkout

After selecting your plan, you will be directed to a secure checkout page powered by Stripe. Stripe is a trusted payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide.

Enter your credit or debit card details in the payment form. Stripe supports all major card networks including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card information is encrypted and stored securely by Stripe. RealityMold never has access to your full card number.

Review your order summary to confirm the plan you selected and the billing amount. If you chose annual billing, the summary will reflect the discounted yearly total.

Click Subscribe to complete your purchase. The payment will be processed immediately, and your subscription begins right away. You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and subscription details.

Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month (or year, for annual plans). You can view upcoming invoices and manage your payment method from the billing section of your account at any time.

What Happens Next

After completing checkout, you will be redirected to your RealityMold dashboard. This is your home base for managing all of your video content.

You will also receive a welcome email with helpful links to get you oriented. Keep this email handy as a quick reference while you explore the platform.

From your dashboard, your first three steps are:

1. Create a client to represent the brand or company you are producing content for.
2. Add a product under that client with details about the item you want to promote.
3. Request your first video by selecting the product and choosing how many variations you want.
