How to Create Your Account and Select a Plan

Getting Started4 min read

Signing Up

Open realitymold.com and click the Get Started button on the homepage. The top navigation also has a Sign In link if you already have an account, and a Book a Call button if you want to talk to the team before signing up.

The signup form asks for four things by default:

  1. Full name. Your name as the account owner.
  2. First client name. The brand or workspace you will be creating videos for. You can add more clients later, but the first one is created with the account so we can take you straight into the product.
  3. Email. Where we send your verification email and your invoices.
  4. Password. At least 8 characters.

There is also a collapsible section for optional details. Open it if you want to capture your client's website, a short description of the brand, a business registration code for invoices, or invoice notes (for example a PO number). None of these are required to get started, but the registration code and invoice notes are easiest to add here because Stripe locks them onto your first invoice the moment it is finalized.

When the form is filled in, click Continue to Payment.

Choosing Your Plan

RealityMold has three public plans. Each one comes with a monthly credit allocation that you use to create video content. Credits belong to the client they were purchased for, so the plan you pick now applies to the first client.

Starter at $150 per month gives you 150 credits. Good for solo founders and small brands testing UGC ads.

Growth at $299 per month gives you 325 credits. Built for teams scaling their ad creative pipeline.

Scale at $499 per month gives you 575 credits. The best per credit value, for high volume creative production.

Enterprise is custom. If you need a dedicated account manager, custom onboarding, or volume beyond Scale, contact sales from the Enterprise option on the pricing page.

Pay annually and you save about 10 percent off the monthly price. The annual prices are $135, $269, and $449 per month for Starter, Growth, and Scale respectively, billed once for the full year.

You are not locked in. You can change plans for a given client at any time from that client's billing settings. Starting on Starter and upgrading after your first batch of videos is a perfectly normal path.

Completing Checkout

After you pick a plan you land on Stripe Checkout. Stripe is the payment processor RealityMold uses for every subscription.

Enter your card details. Stripe supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most international card networks. Your card data is encrypted and stored by Stripe. RealityMold never sees the full number.

Review the order summary, confirm the plan and billing cadence, and click Subscribe. The payment processes immediately and your subscription begins right away. A confirmation email lands in your inbox shortly after with your receipt and subscription details.

Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month, or each year for annual plans. You can manage payment methods, view invoices, and change plans from inside the client's billing settings at any time.

What Happens Next

After checkout, you land on the dashboard for your new client. Your first client is already set up because you named it during signup, so you can start creating campaigns right away.

Your first two moves from here are:

  1. Create your first campaign. A campaign captures the product you want to advertise, the research URLs that ground our team in your brand, and the people who should get notified as work moves along.
  2. Create your first creative. A creative is one video output, with its own product brief, persona direction, and dialogue. Each campaign holds as many creatives as you want.

Each of these steps is covered in detail in the rest of the Getting Started guide. From signup to your first submitted creative usually takes under fifteen minutes.
