Campaign Setup Flow Overview

Campaign Setup Flow3 min read

What This Walkthrough Covers

This series walks you through one full pass of the campaign creation and submission flow on RealityMold, screen by screen, with screenshots from a real run. Use it when:

  • You are creating your first campaign and want to see what every step looks like before you start.
  • A teammate is taking over campaign setup and needs a single resource to follow.
  • You hit a step you have not seen before and want to confirm what the screen should look like.

Each step has its own article. Read them in order, or jump straight to the one you need from the list below.

The Stages

Step What You Do
1 Create your campaign inside the right client workspace
2 Prepare the brief using the downloadable template, then upload it
3 Run discovery so the platform scans your URLs and picks research pages
4 Approve creative variations and create the ones worth producing
5 Review copy and pick persona candidates
6 Configure product showcase and upload images
7 Submit the creative for production

Each step in the platform also feeds the next. Setting up the campaign right at the top makes every later step easier.

Recommended Default Path

For most first time submissions:

  • Use the DOCX brief template.
  • Include 1 to 4 strong research URLs.
  • Approve only the variations that are clearly on brand.
  • Select 3 persona candidates in priority order.
  • Choose either no product showcase or Default 3.

You can deviate from any of these the moment you have a good reason, but the defaults are designed to ship a clean first creative quickly.

What to Have Ready Before You Start

A short checklist saves time once you are inside the flow:

  • Workspace login credentials.
  • The correct client workspace selected.
  • The product page URL plus any useful FAQ, landing, or research pages.
  • The campaign brief or the rough concept.
  • Email addresses for everyone who should get progress notifications.
  • If product showcase clips are needed, a clean main product image with the label readable.

A Note on the Screenshots

The screenshots throughout this series come from a real run for a sample brand. The names, products, URLs, and email addresses in those images are illustrative. Substitute the equivalent values for your own workspace.

When Something Goes Wrong

If a step does not behave the way the article describes, jump to Troubleshooting and Best Practices for the common fixes, or message your account manager from the campaign workspace. The flow is designed to be safe to retry, so no single misclick costs you the campaign.
