Cancelling Your Subscription
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, navigate to the Billing page from the sidebar navigation. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription. You will be asked to confirm your decision before the cancellation is processed.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You are not charged again after cancelling, and your subscription remains active with full access until the cycle concludes. This means you can continue using the platform normally for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been submitted successfully.
What Happens to Your Credits
Any remaining credits in your balance stay available until the end of your current billing cycle. You can continue submitting video requests and extensions as long as you have credits and your cycle has not ended.
Once the billing cycle concludes, unused credits expire. They do not carry over to a future subscription and are not eligible for a refund. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. If you are considering cancellation but still have credits remaining, it is worth submitting any final requests before your cycle ends to get the most value from your current plan.
What Happens to Your Videos
All approved videos remain in your Video Library and are fully downloadable even after your subscription ends. Your account transitions to a read-only state: you can still log in, view past video requests, browse your library, and download any previously approved content.
Message history with your account manager is preserved and viewable as well. The only restriction is that you cannot submit new video requests without an active subscription. Everything you have already created and approved remains yours to access and download at any time.
Resubscribing
You can resubscribe at any time by returning to the Billing page and selecting a new plan. Resubscribing starts a fresh billing cycle with a new credit allocation based on the plan you choose.
All of your previous data is preserved when you cancel. Your clients, products, video history, and message threads remain exactly as you left them. Nothing is deleted as a result of cancellation, so picking back up is seamless. For more on how credits work and how your balance is managed, see Understanding Your Credit Balance.
