Downloading a Delivered Creative

Where Downloads Live

Every delivered creative is downloadable directly from its review page. You can get there from the email notification on delivery, from the dashboard's Recent Deliveries table, or by opening the campaign and clicking the creative.

The review page is the home for everything you need: the videos themselves, the persona images that produced them, and the download controls.

The All In One ZIP

The fastest way to grab everything is the Download ZIP button at the bottom of the review page. The ZIP contains:

• Individual scene files. One MP4 per scene (Hook, Scene 1, Scene 2, Problem, Solution, Call to Action, depending on what the creative includes). Each scene uses the audio normalized version so all clips play at consistent loudness.
• Both merged videos. The Clean Cuts version (sharp scene boundaries) and the Smooth Transitions version (crossfades between scenes).
• Persona source images. The selfie style headshot or shortlist that produced the on screen presenter.

The folder structure inside the ZIP matches the structure our team uses internally, so the files are organized predictably. Each file uses a sensible, consistent name so you do not need to rename anything.

The ZIP is generated on demand. Click the button and the download starts.

Individual Scene Downloads

If you only need one scene, click the Download button on that scene's card. Same content as what is in the ZIP, just one file.

This is useful when:

• You want to test a single scene as a standalone short.
• You want to splice a scene into your own edit.
• You want to share a single scene with someone before publishing.

Persona Image Downloads

Each persona source image has its own Download button next to it. The image downloads as the original JPEG, PNG, or WebP file. Useful for reference, casting decisions for future creatives, or your own moodboards.

Merged Video Versions

The two merged versions are not separate downloads inside the review page (they are part of the ZIP). If you want one of them individually, the right path is to grab the ZIP and pull the file you want.

• Clean Cuts has sharp transitions between scenes. Tends to perform better on Meta and TikTok feeds where attention is the bottleneck.
• Smooth Transitions has crossfades. Tends to feel more polished and works for YouTube Shorts, pre roll, and slower paced placements.

Both versions contain the same content. The transition treatment is the only difference.

File Format and Specs

• Container: MP4.
• Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical), the native format for short form ad placements.
• Audio: normalized to a consistent loudness across scenes so clips play evenly with each other.
• Persona images: JPEG, PNG, or WebP depending on source.

The files are ready for direct upload to Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Shorts, and any other vertical video destination. No conversion is needed.

How Long Files Stay Available

Files stay available for download as long as your account is active. Redownload an old creative any time from its review page. The page itself stays live indefinitely.

Tips for Organizing Downloads Locally

For agencies and teams managing many creatives, a local folder structure that mirrors Client → Campaign → Creative keeps the downloads easy to find. The campaign name and the creative name are both part of the in app naming, so matching that on your end takes no extra effort.

Track which creatives perform on each platform. That signal feeds back into the next creative: same persona, similar hook structure, refined dialogue.
