How to Change Your Password

To change your password, navigate to Account Settings by clicking your name in the top-right corner of the platform and selecting it from the dropdown menu. Scroll to the Password section of the settings page.

Enter your current password for verification, then type your new password and confirm it in the second field. Click Update Password to save the change. The update takes effect immediately, and your existing sessions remain active so you do not need to log in again right away.

Password Requirements

Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. For the strongest protection, avoid reusing passwords from other services and consider using a unique combination that you do not use elsewhere.

If you have forgotten your current password and cannot log in, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. RealityMold sends a password reset email to your registered address with a link to create a new password. The reset link expires after a limited time for security purposes, so use it promptly after requesting it.
