Upgrading Your Plan

Credits and Billing3 min read

Upgrades Are Per Client

Plans are tied to clients, not to your account. Upgrading raises the plan on a single client. To upgrade two clients, do it on each one.

How to Upgrade

  1. Open the client whose plan you want to change. From the dashboard, click the client's card. Or use the Clients page in the sidebar.
  2. Open the client's settings page.
  3. The plan management section sits at the top of the page. It shows your current plan, cadence, renewal date, and live credit balance.
  4. Below that is a Monthly / Annual toggle and three plan cards. Pick the cadence you want with the toggle, then click the Upgrade button on the higher tier plan card.
  5. Confirm. Stripe charges your existing card on file using the saved payment method.

If the saved card fails (decline, expired, 3D Secure challenge), the flow falls back to Stripe Checkout in the same screen so you can enter a new card.

The whole upgrade takes well under a minute when the saved card works.

When the Upgrade Takes Effect

Upgrades apply immediately. The new plan features and credit allocation are available the moment Stripe confirms the charge. You can submit a new creative against the higher allocation right away.

Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle, not immediately. Same with switching from annual back to monthly. We never strip features mid cycle for a downgrade.

How Credits Are Handled

When you upgrade mid cycle, Stripe prorates the credit difference based on the remaining days. The added credits land in the balance immediately. No manual adjustment needed.

The billing cycle date does not change. The next renewal happens on the original date at the new plan rate. Predictable, no surprise reset.

Manual top up tokens and Auto Reload tokens stay where they are. Only plan allocation tokens reset on cycle renewal.

Available Plans

  • Starter, $150 per month or $135 per month equivalent on annual. 150 credits per cycle. Right for brands testing video advertising or for a smaller product catalog.
  • Growth, $299 per month or $269 per month equivalent on annual. 325 credits per cycle. Right for brands scaling video output across multiple products or running steady campaigns.
  • Scale, $499 per month or $449 per month equivalent on annual. 575 credits per cycle. Right for high volume creative production across broad catalogs.
  • Enterprise. Custom pricing and credit allocation. Contact us if you need volume beyond Scale, a dedicated account manager, or custom onboarding.

Annual cadence saves about 10 percent across every standard tier. For details, see Annual vs. Monthly Billing.

A full comparison sits on the public Pricing page.

After Upgrading

Your dashboard and the client's settings page reflect the new plan and updated credit balance immediately. Every existing campaign, creative, delivered video, and message thread stays in place. The only thing that changes is the plan tier and the allocation.

Your account manager stays the same. There is no interruption to in flight work.

Should You Upgrade or Top Up Instead?

If you keep hitting zero mid cycle on a client, the plan is probably one tier too small. Plans work out cheaper per token than buying repeated manual top up packs, and the per token rate gets better as you move up tiers. If you produce a lot, a higher tier pays for itself on token cost alone, before counting the convenience of not thinking about it.
