Upgrading Your Plan

How to Upgrade

Navigate to the Billing section from the sidebar. Your current plan is displayed at the top of the billing page. Click Upgrade Plan to see the available options, then select the plan you want to move to. Confirm the upgrade and payment is processed through Stripe using your existing payment method.

The entire process takes less than a minute. No forms to fill out, no waiting for approval.

When the Upgrade Takes Effect

Upgrades take effect immediately. You do not need to wait for your next billing cycle. Your new plan features and credit allocation are available right away, so you can start using additional credits the moment the upgrade processes.

How Credits Are Handled

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you receive the prorated credit difference based on the remaining days in your current billing cycle. This means you get additional credits proportional to how much time is left before your next renewal.

For example, if you upgrade from Starter to Growth halfway through your cycle, you receive the prorated difference for the remaining half of the cycle. The calculation is handled automatically. No manual adjustment is needed.

Your billing cycle date does not change when you upgrade. Your next renewal happens on your original billing date at the new plan rate. This keeps your billing predictable even when you change plans mid-cycle.

Available Plans

RealityMold offers three standard plans:

Starter at $150 per month includes 150 credits per cycle. This plan works well for brands just getting started with video advertising or those with a small product catalog.

Growth at $299 per month includes 325 credits per cycle. Growth is the right fit for brands scaling their video output across multiple products or running ongoing campaigns that require steady content production.

Scale at $499 per month includes 575 credits per cycle. Scale is designed for high-volume advertisers who need a large monthly allocation to support broad product catalogs and frequent testing.

Enterprise plans offer custom pricing and credit allocations for organizations with requirements beyond the standard tiers. Contact us for details.

After Upgrading

Your dashboard reflects the new plan and updated credit balance immediately. All existing clients, products, video requests, and approved videos are preserved. Nothing changes except your plan tier and credit allocation.

Your account manager stays the same, and there is no disruption to ongoing projects. If you need to discuss enterprise options or custom arrangements, use the messaging system to connect with your account manager.
