What Storage Only Is

Storage Only is a low cost plan that preserves a client's data without giving you the full production capability. Every campaign, every creative, every delivered video, every message thread, and every reference asset stays exactly where it is. You keep access to the client and can still browse, download, and message. You just do not produce new creatives until you move back to a paid plan.

It is intentionally a quiet, low traffic plan. There is no Storage Only option on the public pricing page or the regular plan picker. The plan exists for one specific use case: a brand you want to keep around without paying full production tier prices.

Who It Is For

A few real situations where Storage Only is the right move:

• A seasonal brand on a long pause. You only produce in the lead up to a specific season. Outside that window, Storage Only keeps the workspace intact without paying for tokens you would not use.
• An agency client on retainer. You manage the brand but are not actively running campaigns this month. Storage Only preserves history and avoids a hard cancel followed by a fresh onboarding later.
• A pilot brand that is on hold. A test brand that performed but is parked while strategy is decided.
• A brand you may come back to. Cheaper to park than to delete and recreate later. Reactivation is one click.

If you are actively producing for the brand, Storage Only is the wrong plan. Move to or stay on Starter, Growth, or Scale.

What Storage Only Includes

• Full read access to every campaign, creative, delivery, message thread, and reference asset on the client.
• Downloads still work. You can grab a ZIP from any past delivered creative at any time.
• Messaging still works. You can reach your account manager from the client's threads.
• A small token allocation per cycle for very light use. Enough for a small action or two, not enough for sustained production.
• Monthly or annual billing at a low monthly price. Annual saves the same roughly 10 percent as the other plans.

What Storage Only Does Not Include

• New creative production at any meaningful volume. The small token allocation is for housekeeping (regenerating one persona, generating a reference shot). It is not designed to fund full creative submissions.
• Auto Reload's primary use. Auto Reload works on Storage Only but in practice firing it constantly defeats the purpose of being on the cheap plan. If you find yourself relying on Auto Reload on Storage Only, you should be on a paid tier.

How to Get on Storage Only

Storage Only is not offered from the regular plan picker. Two paths in:

1. Through the cancellation retention flow. When you click Cancel subscription on a client's settings page, the three step retention modal may offer Storage Only as a downsell. Accept it from there.
2. Through your account manager. Open the client's message thread (or any thread scoped to that client) and ask to be moved to Storage Only. Your account manager can arrange the switch directly.

The retention flow path is faster if it is offered. If it is not offered, message your account manager.

How to Move Off Storage Only

When you want to start producing again on that client:

1. Open the client's settings page.
2. Pick a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale) from the plan picker.
3. Confirm. The subscription switches and a fresh cycle starts at the new plan's allocation.

Every asset on the client is right where you left it: campaigns, creatives, deliveries, message threads. You can submit your next creative the moment the switch confirms.

How It Compares to Cancellation

Storage Only and cancellation look similar from the outside (both reduce or stop production), but they have very different consequences:

If you might come back to the brand in the next few months, Storage Only is cleaner. If you are confident you are done with the brand, full cancellation is cheaper.
