Downloading Your Approved Videos

Video Requests and Reviews2 min read

Where to Find Approved Videos

Once you approve a video variation, it moves to your Video Library. Access the Video Library from the sidebar navigation to browse all of your finalized content in one place.

Videos in the library are organized by client and product, making it easy to locate specific content. Each video card displays the product name, approval date, and a thumbnail preview so you can identify the right variation at a glance.

Downloading a Video

Click the Download button on any approved video card to save it to your device. Videos download as MP4 files in 9:16 vertical aspect ratio, optimized for short-form advertising platforms.

Each file is named with the product and variation identifier, so your downloads stay organized without any manual renaming. No additional processing or conversion is needed. The file is ready for direct upload to your advertising platforms the moment it hits your device.

Video Format and Specifications

All videos from RealityMold are delivered in MP4 format at a 9:16 vertical aspect ratio. This format is compatible with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and any other platform that supports vertical video.

If you extended a video through the extension workflow, the download includes the full length of all extensions combined into a single continuous file. You do not need to stitch anything together. For details on building longer content through extensions, see How Extensions Work.

Managing Your Video Library

The Video Library serves as a permanent archive of all your approved content. Videos remain available for download as long as your account is active, so you can revisit and reuse past creative assets at any time.

Use the client and product filters to narrow down results when your library grows. If you need a video in a different format or have a specific request about your content, reach out through the messaging system to discuss options with your account manager.

Tips for Organizing Downloads

Creating a local folder structure that mirrors your client and product hierarchy keeps your downloaded content manageable as your library grows. Name files consistently with campaign identifiers so you can quickly match a video to the campaign it belongs to.

Keep track of which variations perform best across your advertising platforms. This information is valuable when submitting future requests, since you can reference what worked and refine your product details and actor direction to produce more of what your audience responds to. For a refresher on how videos reach the approved state, see Approving, Rejecting, and Extending Videos.
