Understanding the 24 Hour Turnaround
What Happens After You Submit
The moment you click Submit on a creative, three things happen at once:
- Credits deduct from the client's balance.
- The creative leaves the editable wizard and locks. The product step, persona, and copy are frozen at the values you submitted with.
- The pipeline starts.
From there, the work runs in stages.
Research and brief lock in. The campaign's research output, the creative's product context, the persona, and the dialogue are bundled into a structured production brief.
Persona casting. The persona drawer you configured (gender, age range, personality, notes, style) gets matched against the AI casting pool. The result is the on screen presenter.
Scene production. Each scene of the creative renders individually. A typical creative has a hook plus several body scenes (scene 1, scene 2, problem, solution, call to action), each clamped to a duration you set on the product step.
Audio normalization and merge. Each scene's audio is normalized to a consistent loudness, then the scenes merge into two output videos: one with clean cuts between scenes and one with smooth transitions.
Delivery. The creative moves to delivered status. The review page becomes live.
Why the Hybrid Approach
RealityMold is not a pure text to video generator. The pipeline pairs AI generated talent and scene production with human review and curation at multiple points. That hybrid is the reason the output feels authentic, on brand, and ready to run as a paid ad. It is also the reason the turnaround is 24 hours rather than 24 seconds. Real humans are in the loop on every creative.

Standard Turnaround
The standard delivery window is within 24 hours of submission. This applies on every plan (Starter, Growth, Scale). It applies whether Product Showcase is on or off, and regardless of clip count.
Most creatives complete well inside the window. Volume does not affect your turnaround. Our pipeline scales horizontally so a 5 creative submission day and a 50 creative submission day deliver on the same timeline.
A handful of edge cases can extend a delivery slightly:
- If a scene fails its first generation pass, the pipeline auto retries. A few retries is normal and stays within the window. Repeated failures kick the creative into admin review.
- If the final delivered work goes beyond what your deposit covered, the per second reconciliation can result in an outstanding token balance. The video still delivers.
How You Will Be Notified
Two surfaces tell you a creative is ready.
Email. The notification emails configured on the campaign all receive a delivery email with a direct link to the creative's review page.
Dashboard. The Recent Deliveries table on the dashboard surfaces your most recent delivered creatives across every client you own. New deliveries appear at the top. Each row links directly to the creative's review page.
The model is intentionally light. Email tells you about a specific creative; the dashboard table tells you about everything recent.
While You Wait
There is nothing to do during production. The dashboard updates automatically when delivery completes. You can continue using the platform normally: submit more creatives in the same campaign, work on other clients, message your account manager.
To check the live status of an in flight creative, open the campaign and look at its row in the creatives list. The status badge reflects the live pipeline state. The badges you will see:
- Draft (the campaign or creative is still being set up).
- Copy Review (you are still editing the dialogue step).
- Image Selection (you are still picking persona or product images).
- Submitted or In Review (you hit Submit; the team is preparing the production run).
- Generating (the pipeline is rendering scenes).
- Generated (scenes are produced, waiting on the final merge).
- Delivered (ready to review).
- Failed (something needed attention; the team will follow up).
