What Happens After You Submit

Once you click Submit Request, your video request enters the production queue and our team takes over. Here is what happens behind the scenes:

Brief review. The team reviews your product information, actor direction, key advantages, and any images or links you provided. This review confirms the brief is clear and complete before production begins. If any detail needs clarification, the team will reach out through the messaging system.

Talent selection. Based on your actor direction, our casting team identifies the right presenter for each variation. Every variation may feature a different talent to give you creative diversity across the set.

Production. Each variation is produced individually. Our hybrid process combines real human talent with AI technology to create polished, authentic UGC style video content. Real people record the content, and our production pipeline handles editing, quality checks, and final delivery.

Why the Hybrid Approach Matters

RealityMold is not a fully automated video generator. Real actors present your product on camera, which is why the output looks and sounds authentic rather than synthetic.

The AI layer handles production efficiency: editing, pacing, enhancement, and quality optimization. This combination allows us to deliver the authenticity of human talent at the speed and scale of a technology platform.

When to Expect Your Videos

The standard turnaround is within 24 hours from the moment you submit your request. This applies to all plans: Starter, Growth, and Scale.

The 24 hour window covers the full pipeline from brief review through final delivery. Most requests are completed well within this window. Volume does not affect your turnaround time. Our production team operates in cycles designed to maintain consistent delivery regardless of how many requests are in the queue.

How You Will Be Notified

You will know your videos are ready through two channels:

Email notification. An email arrives with a summary of the delivery and a direct link to the review page where you can watch each variation.

Dashboard update. Your activity feed shows a delivery notification, and the request status changes from "In Production" to "Delivered" in the Video Requests section of the sidebar.

While You Wait

There is nothing you need to do while your request is being processed. You can continue using the platform normally, including submitting additional requests for other products. Multiple requests can be in production at the same time.

To check the status of any active request, navigate to Video Requests in the sidebar. Each request displays its current stage: submitted, in production, or delivered.
