How to Review Delivered Videos
Finding Your Delivered Videos
When your videos are ready, you will receive an email notification with a direct link to the review page. You can also find delivered videos at any time by navigating to Video Requests in the sidebar and selecting the request. Delivered requests display a "Delivered" status badge.
Click into any delivered request to open the review interface.
The Review Interface
Videos are displayed in a grid layout with one card per variation. Each card shows a video thumbnail, the variation number, and the action buttons for that variation.
The grid is designed for quick comparison. You can see all variations at a glance without navigating between pages or opening separate windows.
Hover to Play
Move your cursor over any video card to start playback automatically. The video plays for as long as your cursor remains on the card. Move away and playback pauses.
This interaction lets you quickly scan through all variations without clicking into each one individually. You can preview the full content of a variation just by hovering over it.
On mobile and touch devices, tap a video card to toggle playback on and off.
Sound Controls
Videos play muted by default when you hover over them. This keeps the experience smooth when scanning through multiple variations quickly.
To hear audio, click the sound icon on a video card. Audio will enable for that video and remain on as you continue hovering. Use the mute toggle to switch audio off again.
The sound state persists as you move between videos. Once you enable audio, it stays on as you hover over other variations, which makes it easy to compare how each presenter delivers the message without toggling sound for every card.
Comparing Variations
The grid layout is built for comparison. Here is how to make the most of it:
Scan visually first. Hover over each variation in sequence to get a feel for the talent, energy, and pacing. First impressions matter because your audience will make snap judgments in the first few seconds of an ad.
Focus on the hook. Pay attention to the first two to three seconds of each variation. The hook is the most critical part of any video ad. Which variation grabs attention fastest?
Evaluate the product presentation. Listen to how each presenter describes your product and its benefits. Does the delivery feel natural? Does it match the tone you described in your actor direction?
Consider the call to action. Compare how each variation closes. A strong ending drives the viewer to take the next step.
Think about your platform. Different advertising platforms favor different styles. A high energy hook might perform well on social feeds, while a calm and detailed presentation might work better for retargeting campaigns.
Taking Action on Videos
After reviewing your variations, you can take one of three actions on each video independently:
- Approve to keep the video and move it to your Video Library for download
- Reject to archive a video that does not meet your needs
- Extend to add more length to a variation you want to build on
You do not need to act on all variations at the same time. Videos remain in the delivered state until you make a decision, so take your time reviewing before committing.
For full details on each action and how credits are handled, see Approving, Rejecting, and Extending Videos.
Once you approve a video, it becomes available for download. See Downloading Your Approved Videos for details on accessing and saving your content.
