Exporting Concept Briefs

Why Export

Sometimes you want the concepts outside the platform: to share with a client, get sign off from a teammate, or keep a record of what you drafted. The Download briefs section on the review screen gives you a clean document, ready to hand off.

The Options

You will find two groups of buttons under Download briefs.

All exports every concept in the campaign, approved or not. Use it when you want the full set for review.

• DOCX downloads a Word document.
• PDF downloads a PDF.

Approved exports only the concepts you have approved. Use it once you have made your picks and want to share just those.

• DOCX and PDF work the same way.
• These two buttons stay disabled until you have approved at least one concept.

What the Document Looks Like

The export is a table style document. Each concept gets its own section with the scene beats, the persona direction, and the product showcase details laid out for reading. Each concept starts on its own page, so nothing runs together and the handoff stays clean.

The document is built for review, not for editing inside the platform. Read it, share it, mark it up, then come back and make your changes on the cards.

A Note on Timing

Export any time. It reflects the concepts as they stand at that moment, including any regenerations or reorders you have made. If you change concepts after exporting, download again to get the updated version.
