Viewing Billing History and Invoices

Finding Your Invoices

Navigate to the Billing page from the sidebar and scroll down to the Billing History section. Each invoice entry shows the date, amount charged, plan name, and payment status. Invoices are listed in reverse chronological order, so your most recent charge appears at the top.

This section provides a complete record of every payment made on your account, including subscription renewals, plan upgrades, and any billing frequency changes.

Downloading Invoice PDFs

Click the Download button next to any invoice entry to save a PDF copy. Each PDF includes the date, charge amount, plan name, payment method, and your account information. The formatting follows Stripe's standard invoice layout, so the documents are ready for accounting, expense reporting, or record-keeping without any additional formatting.

PDFs are available for every invoice in your billing history, not just the most recent one. You can download invoices from any previous billing cycle at any time.

Credit Transaction History

Below the invoices section, the Credit Transactions log records every credit movement on your account. Each entry shows the action type, the number of credits involved, and a timestamp.

Actions tracked include video request submissions, extension confirmations, plan credit allocations at the start of a billing cycle, and prorated credit additions from mid-cycle upgrades. Use this log to understand exactly how your credits were spent during any billing period and to identify patterns in your usage.
