How to Add and Edit Products
Adding a Product

To add a product to an existing client:
Navigate to the client you want to add a product to from the Clients section.
On the client detail page, click Add Product.
Fill in the seven product fields: title, brand, description, key advantages, actor direction, product image, and product link. Complete every field for the best results. Our creative team uses all of them when producing your video.
Click Save Product. The product will appear on the client page and become available for video requests immediately.

Editing Product Details
Product information can be updated at any time after creation:
Open the product from the client's product list.
Click Edit to modify any of the seven fields.
Make your changes and click Save.
Updated details will be used for all future video requests. Previous video requests retain the product information that was active at the time of submission. If you submitted a video request with an old description and then updated the description, the in-progress video will still use the original version.
Common reasons to edit a product:
- Refining descriptions after seeing your first video results. If the output did not match your expectations, improving the description and actor direction often makes a significant difference.
- Updating images when new product photography becomes available.
- Adjusting actor direction based on what worked well in previous videos.
- Correcting errors in the title, brand name, or product link.
Deleting a Product
If you no longer need a product, you can remove it:
Open the product detail page and click Delete.
Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Deleting a product removes it from the client. Previously delivered videos associated with that product are not deleted. You will still have access to any videos that were completed before the product was removed.
This action cannot be undone. If you think you might need the product information again, consider editing it instead of deleting it.
Tips for Managing Products
Fill out every field. Products with complete information consistently produce better video results. The description, key advantages, actor direction, and product image all contribute to the creative brief our team works from.
Create one product per item. If you sell variations of a product (different sizes, colors, or bundles), decide whether they should be separate products or grouped under one. In most cases, a single product entry works unless the variations require fundamentally different video content.
Keep product information current. If pricing, features, or positioning change, update the product details so that future video requests reflect the latest information.
